White Water Park E. coli Outbreak
In 1998, an E. coli outbreak was traced to White Water park in Cobb County, Georgia. Dozens of children became ill with E. coil O157:H7 infections, and many were hospitalized with hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS). Marler Clark represented many of the children and their families in lawsuits against the water park.
